Highlands French Provincial House Painting, 20 x 20 x 1.5 (inches), acrylic painting with gloss varnish.
A strong blackline outlined this castle-like house structure, with strong vibrant pigment to lift up a new level of energy of this painting.
This unique & rare French Provincial style house was built in 1936 by Frederick J. Mitchell who was born in Stratford, Ontario. The house is located large corner lot overlooking the North Saskatchewan River valley. Inspired by the rural manor homes of the 1600s, French provincial homes are characterized by: Balanced, symmetrical proportions. The roofs on French provincial homes are so steeply pitched, their beautiful slate is a large part of the homes’ curb appeal.”
This one-of-a-kind custom colorful house portrait with my signature bold impressionist style.
I enjoy creating a unique, vibrant, character lovely house painting with gardens, especially historical house architecture. Transforming a living house be a new art form to generation.
