My husband and I have a common hobby is canoeing on Alberta’s lake.
Nothing is better than floating on the lake that he can fishing and I can painting or sketching.
Because Canada summer is so short but very beautiful and energizing, you just wish to stay outdoor all the time that how I created “Hollyhocks Flowers Watercolor Painting“

Earlier spring I did my first outdoor watercolor painting inspired by Hollyhock flowers at Hasse Lake, Alberta.
A quiet spot for camping, hiking the 3 km trail, having a picnic or doing some bird watching.

This 300-acre day-use area is operated by Parkland County, and is a popular stop for local residents. Parking and washrooms are available. Dogs are also welcome but must remain on a leash at all times. Whether it is hiking, fishing, or a family picnic, Hasse Lake is open year-round to meet your needs. Offering a 3 km loop starting at the second parking lot, a leisurely walk or an invigorating jog is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, and with a plentiful bird population, bird watchers are sure to enjoy the trail. In winter the trails are groomed regularly providing for an easy day on the trail, or the lake is open for ice fishing enthusiasts.- triregiontourism.com
