Thank you so much the Art Gallery Of St. Albert‘s Art Director Leah selected me to be a February Featured Artist to share my art journey.
The Art Gallery of St. Albert Art director Leah Louden did a 30-minute video interview (ops, I over time) with me that allowed me to express and summarize my artworks. She and her team did a wonderful job releasing this article.

I have been showcasing my small art prints and small original paintings at the Art Gallery Of St. Albert since 2016.
In the past few years, the building has been under major renovation but they retained the basement (washroom) and the main floor still has a former bank vault feature.

Before the old brick Art Gallery Of St. Albert on Perron Street. The building was a former BMO bank that remained St. Albert’s only bank until 1962. The earlier time it was a Banque d’Hochelaga’s bank from 1917 to 1923 and the building was constructed during his tenure. (resources: St. Albert Today)
The Art Gallery of St. Albert is a contemporary public art gallery that has been operating out of the historic Banque d’Hochelaga building since 2000.
The building is a 5,150-square-foot commercial structure situated in the heart of St. Albert’s historic downtown, explains a release. It was built in the 1920s with additions in 1955 and 1966 and received municipal historic resource designation in 2009. (resources: Daily Commerical News)
